DASWELL Forced Type Concrete Mixer

Application

DASWELL JS series forced type concrete mixer is ideal equipment for common commercial concrete. It can mix dry concrete, plasticity concrete, flow concrete, light aggregate concrete and various mortar. 1. The mixing drum is designed Euro-style, beautiful and hard.

2. The driving system adopts heavy duty planetary gear; the gimbal transmission shaft insures circumgyrate at the same speed in-phase of the two mixing shafts.

3. The mixing system may choose the spiral mixing system, which is newly researched and can get ideal concrete quality in much shorter time.

4. The discharge is hydraulic controlled; 3sticking dots are equipped, convenient for feeding concrete into mixer truck to avoid only one stroke.

5. The lubricating system adopts the international advanced centralized oil lubricating system, convenient for supplying the oil for the axle end sealing device.

6. The system is equipment with overvoltage warning and low oil level warning, safe and reliable.
